Welcome to the Shambhala Music Festival Staff Application
Thank you for your interest in joining the Crew! To get started, please read the following info and then fill out the form below:
Paid positions typically work daily or nightly throughout the festival with no days off (8-12 hour shifts depending on the team). Please ensure you are familiar with the time commitment for Staff positions. If you are looking for less of a time commitment, you may be more interested in Volunteering.
Please only fill out one application. If you are unsure whether you would prefer a paid or volunteer position please read the differences here and apply for the one you would most prefer. If you change your mind HR can make the adjustments.

Note: You will be required to submit a photo of yourself, this will be used on your Crew ID badge and is not relevant to our hiring process, it must be a clear headshot - hats are OK but please no dark sunglasses or masks! We must be able to identify you based on the photo provided. Photos that are inappropriate or do not meet this criteria will be rejected.
