Welcome to the Shambhala Music Festival Crew Volunteer Application
We are happy that you are interested in joining the Crew. To get started, please read the following info and then fill out the form below:
Please ensure you are familiar with the time commitment for volunteering at the festival and make sure you read the entire Crew Info Page for answers to common questions before applying. Showtime Volunteers typically require at least 6 days of availability over the festival week.
Please only fill out one application. If you are unsure whether you would prefer a paid or volunteer position please read the differences here and apply for the one you would most prefer. Be sure to mention any preference info in your application. If you change your mind HR can make the adjustments.
Note: You will be required to submit a photo of yourself, this will be used on your Crew ID badge and is not relevant to our hiring process, it must be a clear headshot - hats are OK but please no dark sunglasses or masks! We must be able to identify you based on the photo provided. Photos that do not meet this criteria, or are considered to be inappropriate by our HR staff will be rejected.
